The Social Innovation NI Knowledge Exchange Programme is an internationally engaged learning community around social innovation through connecting those exploring and delivering innovative solutions to social problems with one another and with practical examples, relevant knowledge and research.
Over time, there will be a number of these programmes running. The first to launch is our Knowledge Exchange Programme around possible new socially innovative solutions to address unemployment challenges currently faced by 16-18 year olds.
The programme will go through a process of Stakeholder Mapping, followed by Best Practice Exchange and Design Thinking. Following on from this will be a Report on the Findings and a Symposium to Share Learning.
If you are content that the provision of support for our unemployed young people is working then this is not for you.
However, if you wish to see improved outcomes for young people, are committed to an open sharing of ideas and challenges then this programme of collaborative design thinking can help you to develop new solutions.
